  • Eileen is the owner of Delco Speech Center. Eileen is a dual-state certified (PA and DE) and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. She has over 12 years of experience working in various settings, including, pediatric hospitals, early intervention, schools, and private practice.

    Eileen enjoys working with a variety of clients with experiences including childhood language, complex feeding, tracheostomy/passy-muir speaking valve, acquired brain injury, cognitive-communication disorders, developmental disabilities (e.g., autism, down syndrome), apraxia of speech, and stuttering. She has pursued advanced clinical certifications:

    • MBSImp certification: standardized and evidenced based protocol to communicate Modified Barium Swallow Study Results

    • AEIOU systematic approach to pediatric feeding

    • LSVT Loud Certified: voice therapy

    • Myofascial Release and Other Manual Techniques in Dysphagia Management

    When she’s not practicing speech therapy she enjoys going for group runs with friends, hiking with her family, and eating delicious food.

  • Meghan DiBello is a dedicated pediatric speech-language pathologist with expertise in speech, feeding, and voice therapy. Her experience spans hospitals, home-based therapy, schools, and outpatient clinics, allowing her to provide well-rounded, compassionate care to children and their families.

    She earned her bachelor’s degree from Temple University and her master’s from the University of Delaware, and holds SLP licensure in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Meghan has advanced training in PROMPT therapy, motor speech disorders, and infant feeding.

    With a passion for helping children communicate and thrive, Meghan uses play-based, engaging strategies that make therapy both effective and fun. As a clinician and a mom, she values strong connections with families and brings both professional insight and heartfelt empathy to her work—celebrating every step of a child’s progress along the way.

  • Kelly is a certified speech-language pathologist working with clients in Pennsylvania (Lancaster, Delaware County, Main Line) and Delaware (Wilmington). She holds dual licensure in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Kelly spent the first 4 years of her career working in school settings, and for the past two years, she has been a valued member of the team at Delco Speech Center.

    At Delco Speech Center, Kelly brings her passion for helping children thrive through communication. She specializes in complex communication needs, functional communication, and pediatric feeding disorder. Kelly has pursued advanced clinical competencies, including, AEIOU systematic approach to pediatric feeding. She is committed to collaborating with families to support growth both at home and in daily activities. Her therapy sessions are fun, engaging, and centered around meaningful, achievable goals tailored to each child and family.

    Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring new hobbies. On sunny days, you’ll likely find her enjoying a meal outdoors at a local spot—tacos and chips with salsa are her favorite.

  • Becca is an experienced pediatric speech-language pathologist, licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, with over 12 years of experience at a local pediatric hospital. She has evaluated and treated a wide range of children and currently serves as a Delco Speech Center provider and an evaluating specialist.

    Becca has a strong passion for working with children with hearing loss and cochlear implants and is a certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS) Auditory-Verbal Therapist. Additionally, Becca specializes in treating children with significant speech and language delays. Her therapy style is engaging, individualized, and focused on helping each child communicate confidently and effectively.

    Outside of the therapy room, Becca is a loyal sports fan (go Penn State and Philly teams!), loves to travel—especially to the shore in summer—and proudly embraces her Disney and Harry Potter fandoms.

  • Caillin Boyle is a compassionate and enthusiastic speech-language pathologist who first joined our team as a graduate student—and we were thrilled when she decided to stay! After completing her clinical training with us, Caillin officially joined the team, bringing her strong clinical skills, positive energy, and genuine love for working with children.

    Caillin is passionate about supporting children across a variety of developmental areas, including speech sound production, language development, feeding skills, and social communication. Caillin is especially skilled at building strong connections with her clients and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive therapy environment.

    As a clinician, Caillin combines evidence-based practices with creativity and play, making each session both effective and fun. Her dedication to helping children find their voice and gain confidence is evident in everything she does.
